Jim Gallager is a young man with a pet zombie. He is trying to start his own community called Gallager's Gulch.
His parents were killed during the outbreak causing him to be looked after by a fellow churchgoer, Al Martin, who sends you to go get him.

- If you recruit him to your community, you will get the awardment/achievement "Who is Jim Gallager?"
- He is presumably the youngest leader of a community in the game.
- It's very likely that he was at one time a member of Santa Maddalena.
